Directive under subsection 10(2) of the Director of Public Prosecutions Act

I hereby direct that the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions, including all federal prosecutors and persons acting as federal prosecutors, shall continue to be guided by the policies and guidelines for the exercise of prosecutorial authority set out in the Federal Prosecution Service Deskbook, with any modifications that the circumstances may require, subject to any guidelines issued by the Director under paragraph 3(3)(c) of the Director of Public Prosecutions Act.
