Terms and Conditions of Fixed-Term Agreements of Agents (T & C's)

All Agents (private sector law firms and lawyers) of the Director of Public Prosecutions are governed by the rules and guidelines included in the Terms and Conditions of Fixed-Term Agreements of Agents. The recently amended T&Cs came into effect on April 1, 2010. Electronic copies in both official languages are available through the Coordinator's Office.
